Make sure you stay in the deluxe room with the view of the sea. The setting is unbeatable and lovely, right by trafalgar avenue, the centre, and the beach, seafront amusements, nature reserve & pubs/restaurants.

Thank you for the brilliant stay, no complaints whatsoever. There is a great selection of tasty food for breakfast. The staff is very amiable and amicable. It boasts a peaceful and ideal location; short walk to the main shops, arcades and pier, Paul's port and Paul's damson and the lively sandy beach.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was absolutely superb. The family queen room was nicely decorated with an excellent breakfast, the bed was very comfy. The place had a family atmosphere. The location was ideal for traveling around Skegness, just off seafront amusements, all the noise and arcades, and the beach, seafront amusements, nature reserve & pubs/restaurants. I tried some drinks at bar The Lincs hotel, located 15 minutes walk away.

Really nice experience there. Wonderful little and incredibly beautiful hotel, helpful staff. Good sized rooms with a balcony, the well-appointed bedrooms, wine and perfect breakfast. The breakfasts by run of the mill orange juice.

The location is excellent, the bed is comfortable. Don't forget to visit nearby the cottage loaf cafe, they have best coffee ever. Enjoyed that we had television, a sitting area and a radio in the family room. Family-friendly place, you know.
